Literacy and Basic Skills (LBS)

  • The LBS program offers various courses and workshops to meet the needs of clients and allow them to upgrade their skills.

Academic Career Entrance (ACE)

  • The Academic Career Entrance allows clients to obtain a Grade 12 diploma equivalent. The courses include French, English, mathematics, biology, chemistry, physics and computer sciences.

The Alphonse Desjardins Resource Centre offers students a good learning environment with access to a wide variety of print and electronic resources: books, music, videos, magazines, newspapers and images. The Centre also provides interlibrary and intercampus loan services and assistance with specialized research.

The transition to post-secondary education is not always easy. If you need a “helping hand,” come and see us. We’re here to help you adapt to work methods that are part of a college education.

The gymnasium may be reserved for sporting activities or special events and selling alcoholic beverages is allowed.

The Louis-Riel Centre offers Indigenous students services dedicated to promoting their rich heritage and provides culturally adapted support services. The Centre invites you to take part in Zoom drop-in sessions held every Wednesday from 10 AM to 12:30 PM.

Collège Boréal students have joined together to form a student association called the Association générale des étudiants et étudiantes (AGEE). The AGEE organizes a wide range of activities that provide opportunities to explore cultural differences among Boréal students and develop their interest for Francophone culture.

The Tech Support Coach can help students navigate in Brightspace, Zoom and other educational software.
