With 138 available rooms, the residence offers you a pleasant and safe living environment at an affordable cost. Each student shares an apartment with a roommate of the same sex. Some apartments are equipped for people with special needs. Located in a quiet wooded area on the south side of campus, the building is near various services, the cafeteria, and the walking trail.
AMENITIES AND SERVICES
Each apartment is equipped with a kitchen (with refrigerator, microwave, cabinets, a sink and a table with chairs) and a bathroom.
Each private bedroom is furnished with a double bed with drawers, a closet, a desk, and chair. Rent includes telephone, and Internet services. There are also common areas, including a multipurpose room for studying and relaxing, a kitchen, and a laundry room. A committee of boarders organizes recreational activities throughout the academic year.

SELECTION PROCESSUS
A selection committee analyses each application and assigns rooms based on student needs and lifestyles.
APPLICATION
Each application is treated individually. Application forms are available online in February.
The deadline to submit your application and pay the deposit is April, 2020.
The selection committee will analyze applications and assign rooms in accordance with Boréal criteria.
