Graduation photo sessions – Edge Imaging
In order to commemorate your milestone, Edge Imaging will be providing individual graduation photo sessions at our campuses.
Due to the larger number of graduates, the Sudbury and Toronto campuses have arranged for photo sessions to be held prior to the convocation ceremony. For all other campuses, they will be held on the date of the convocation ceremony. We will provide information about these sessions in the coming weeks.

We would like to remind you that you are entirely responsible for any fees associated with reserving and purchasing individual photos. The photographer will have gowns, v-stoles and campus available. We suggest that you wear a white blouse or collared shirt (with a tie if you wish), or a black V-neck shirt.
FAQ - Graduation Ceremony
Yes. You can choose from the list of graduation sites provided in the notice of participation.
You must email the Admissions Office and Registrar at specialistes@collegeboreal.ca to request the official letter from Collège Boréal.
Room capacity for Collège Boréal graduation ceremonies varies depending on the site. Please email remises@collegeboreal.ca for this information, which will be confirmed when invitations to the ceremony re sent out to eligible students.
Yes. You will receive an email inviting you to register for an individual photo session. Dates and times vary by campus. Also, your photo will be taken at the graduation ceremony when you receive your diploma. Collège Boréal acts as an intermediary with the supplier and is not responsible for organizing the sessions or taking the photos. For any questions regarding this, please contact the photographer directly.
Yes. All graduation ceremonies will be broadcast from the website: www.collegeboreal.ca/en/graduation.
Students who expect to complete their studies between May 1st and September 30th will receive an invitation to attend the attend the fall convocation ceremonies. In October 2023, the ceremonies will be held at the Sudbury and Toronto campuses. Students who are studying at or near another Collège Boréal campus will have the option of attending convocation in Sudbury or Toronto or waiting until May or June 2024 to attend at their own campus or at a nearby site. They will be able asked to confirm their choice in the invitation. Students who have chosen to attend the spring convocation will receive a new invitation in February 2024.
Students who expect to complete their studies between October 1st and April 30th will receive an invitation to participate in the spring convocation ceremonies, which will be held in May and June.
