The Ontario Government is partnering with Collège Boréal to provide access to e-modules on the active offer of French-language services to government agencies and third parties providing services on its behalf. The e-modules are part of a project funded under the Canada Ontario Agreement on French Language Services.
Why an Active Offer of Services in French?
Instead of putting the onus on francophone clients to ask for services in French, an active offer of services supports francophone clients by clearly showing them that services are provided in their language. An active offer of services always begins with “Bonjour” and requires planning and a strong commitment to providing excellent services in French.
