Campus: Sudbury (SU) – The Medical Radiation Technology program is accredited by the Canadian Medical Association (CMA) www.cma.ca.
In order to practice in Ontario as a medical radiation technologist, graduates must become members of the College of Medical Radiation Technologists of Ontario (CMRTO) (www.cmrto.org/home/default.asp).

Upon successful completion of the certification requirements allows candidates to work throughout Canada provided they fulfill the requirements of the provincial member association.
Certain employers in Ontario also require that their medical radiation technologists be members of the Ontario Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (OAMRT)(www.oamrt.on.ca) and CMRTO).
Membership fees and fees for the certification exam are the responsibility of the candidate.
