Community Members Invited to Attend Collège Boréal’s Open House

Greater Sudbury and area community members are invited to attend Collège Boréal’s Open House from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. on Saturday, March 28, 2015.

Those in attendance can explore information booths, tour the campus, meet professors, operate heavy machinery, workout with Collège Boréal athletes, and take part in a wacky game with members of the student association! A free BBQ lunch will be served as well as tasty treats prepared by students enrolled in the Culinary Arts program. Participants can also win fabulous prizes, including an iPad!

Collège Boréal staff members are available to answer questions and help future students fill out application forms. Students who enrol during the Open House may win one of four $500 scholarships. Any student who confirms registration prior to May 1, 2015 can choose one of the following items to make college life a little easier: Apple Watch Sport, Fitbit Charge HR, Studio Beats by Dr. Dre, $300 scholarship, or Porter Airlines credit.

College Boréal is also hosting an Open House in Toronto and Welland on Saturday, March 28, 2015.

Since 1995, over 113,380 clients across Ontario have benefited from College Boréal’s expertise relating to postsecondary education, training programs, services for immigrants, and services pertaining to employability. Collège Boréal offers a wide variety of services in 35 access centres in 25 communities across the province.
