Collège Boréal is proud to announce that the college’s Marketing Team has once again been recognized internationally and has been honoured with three prestigious 2016 Summit International Awards.
Some 5,000 nominations from more than 20 countries were evaluated by a jury of their peers. This jury has bestowed the following medals on Collège Boréal’s Marketing Team:
- A Gold Medal, Community Public Relations Program Category, for the “Smiley Face Clip Campaign” developed to allow staff and students to express their gratitude towards each for their contribution to their academic and work experiences.
- A Silver Medal, Specialty Item Category, for the “Get ready for tomorrow” laundry bag.
- A Bronze Medal, Education Category, for the slogan “Ton avenir commence ici!” (Your Future Begins Here!)
For the last 22 years, the Summit International Awards have recognized and celebrated excellence and creativity in marketing departments throughout the world. This year, the jury was particularly impressed with our team’s creativity.
It should be noted that the Collège Boréal Marketing Team has received a total of 17 international awards throughout the years.

Established in 1995, Collège Boréal is a French-language postsecondary training and learning institution dedicated to the development and growth of French communities throughout the province.
Since 1995, over 116,000 clients across Ontario have benefited from College Boréal’s expertise relating to postsecondary education, training programs, services for immigrants, and services pertaining to employability. Collège Boréal offers a wide variety of services in 35 access centres in 25 communities across the province. Furthermore, Collège Boréal has developed and implemented over 60 articulation agreements with other postsecondary institutions.
According to the Key Performance Indicators recognized by the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities, Collège Boréal now holds the top-ranking position in four out of the five areas surveyed! Out of all Ontario colleges, Boréal has the highest student satisfaction rate, graduation rate, graduate satisfaction rate, and employment rate in the province. Moreover, 93.8% of surveyed employers would recommend hiring Collège Boréal graduates!
