Collège Boréal and Université de Hearst will host an open-house in Timmins on Saturday, November 19, from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.
The event entitled “Your future is happening right here… right NOW!” will allow institutions to highlight French post-secondary programs offered in Timmins as well as numerous local professional opportunities. Participants will have the chance to peruse kiosks, meet the teaching staff from both institutions, and take a tour of the campus. They will also learn about admission processes, financial assistance services, learning support services, and student life.
And participants will also have the opportunity to win one of several bursaries totalling $1 500.
