A short history of the Collège
Founded in 1995, Collège Boréal is the only French-language community college in northern Ontario. It has also served central and south-western Ontario since 2002.
Office of the President
Collège Boréal exists to increase access to public post-secondary education for the francophone population. In September 2009, we inaugurated a new campus in Timmins and started construction of a second student residence.
Office of the Vice-President, Teaching
In choosing Collège Boréal, you will benefit first and foremost from francophone programs and services focused on excellence. Whether you intend to undertake postsecondary studies or professional training, come and find out what we have to offer.
Our mission
Collège Boréal set itself the mandate of contributing to the growth of its clientele as well as to the development of the communities it serves. Students are the reason for its existence.
Key performance indicators (KPI)
Since 1998, the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities has done performance evaluation surveys on the programmes and services of the 24 colleges.
